How our tanks are made

An overview of our production process. Detailed procedures and any certifications will be published once documented and verified.

Material selection

Resin grade and colorants are selected for the tank’s intended use. Exact material specifications are confirmed per product.

Tanks are formed as one seamless piece in steel molds, avoiding welded seams in the tank wall.

Tanks are cooled, removed from the mold, trimmed and fitted with outlets, lids and accessories.

Each tank is checked for visual defects, wall consistency and fitting placement before release.
